Service Description
Hosted by No More Secrets MBS Inc., these sessions are designed to create a safe space for women to learn, ask questions, and gain the knowledge needed to better understand and manage their menstrual and uterine health. Participants will receive: - In-depth menstrual health education - Supportive conversation circles - Access to a variety of menstrual health products - Resources to support better uterine health outcomes - Up to 6–12 months of menstrual products based on their body’s needs Important: All individuals receiving products must be in attendance at the cohort session. Space will be limited

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make it to your group session, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. If you are a "No show" you will not be able to book a group session for another 6 months. All persons must attend group sessions to receive their products. We will not provide products for additional individuals.
