Registration will be opening soon for our Menstrual Maintenance & Management Cohort Sessions at The SPOT Period — The Nation’s First Menstrual Hub.
These sessions are designed to create a safe space for women to learn, ask questions, and gain the knowledge needed to better understand and manage their menstrual and uterine health.
Participants will receive:
• In-depth menstrual health education
• Supportive conversation circles
• Access to a variety of menstrual health products
• Resources to support better uterine health outcomes
Participants may receive up to 6–12 months of menstrual products based on their body’s needs.
Important:
All individuals receiving products must be in attendance at the cohort session.
